Employed as Compass Consulting’s Vice President – Finance & Accounting, Jenny Walker also represents the company’s longest tenured regular employee (1996). Over this 22-year span, Jenny has successfully navigated all finance/HR tasks for the company, leads the software engineering department’s testing and QC team, all while demonstrating the customer-first approach she values above all. “Great customer service should always come first.”

Jenny comes to Compass Consulting with over 18 years of Legal, Systems/IT, and budgetary experience with The Walt Disney Company and Glendale Federal Bank. In her Legal Systems Supervisor role at the Walt Disney Company, Jenny managed the computer system responsible for all company external legal fees, administered financial database integrity, and processed monthly/fiscal budget and litigation reporting. She possesses experience with Novell network administration and managed end-user application support. Lastly, Jenny coordinated personal computer hardware/software acquisitions and their direct installation for company employees.
Jenny has successfully navigated all finance and administration tasks for the company, all while demonstrating the customer-first approach she values above all.
Jenny’s experience at Glendale Federal Bank provided her with the opportunity to merge her banking/finance and IT/Systems Analyst skillsets. Beginning as a Sr. Financial Service Representative, Jenny processed bank transactions and also resolved discrepancy balance conditions, ordered/balanced vault cash, and provided statistics and auditing for monthly subsidiary reports and teller transactions. Rising through the Glendale Federal hierarchy, Jenny was soon handling enhanced roles as Sr. Network Control Technician, Help Desk Supervisor, then System Analyst. Her responsibilities initially included providing technical assistance to users experiencing communication and hardware problems and she was also instrumental in troubleshooting complex ATM and branch network problems to facilitate maximum user up-time. In her latter role as System Analyst, Jenny participated in a major conversion, providing savings application support, including data mapping, online and batch testing, and validation of converted data.
