Project Description

Compass Consulting’s Software Engineering, Analysis and Design Services were enlisted to re-program the existing site, an online marketplace that makes it easy to buy and sell aviation fuel and fixed-base operator (FBO) services. The website ultimately promotes smarter buying and selling by enabling aircraft operators to receive the most competitive quotes for fuel and services, and provides FBOs with qualified customer leads so they can grow their business and sell more fuel. Since its inception in 2009, aircraft operators and FBOs have embraced their services as a powerful, new way to do business that provides a win-win to both parties.

Goal

Solution

Compass Consulting used industry standard development systems, platforms, and best practices for re-programming and enhancing the site. The complex site has an intuitive interface that contributes enhanced value to this unique online action site and helps provide a simple and effective solution tailored to the specific needs of users. Programming site in Microsoft.NET framework, using a SQL database as backend
