The Compass Consulting 2011 Open House rocked the Camarillo IT scene once again with over 70 attendees and a great “info-party” experience. Guests enjoyed mingling, learning sessions, and sharing IT stories, all the while enjoying music, food and refreshments. Citrix’s Nathaniel Chadbourne, along with Compass Senior Network Engineer Sean Marhefka, demonstrated the amazing Citrix XenDesktop technology, while Appia Communication’s Rob Johnson provided an outstanding presentation of their Appia Video Communicator video conferencing service. Those interested in electronic content management (ECM) were able to get hands-on experience with our DiVA Document Management software, and clients learned about our leading-edge mobile device applications for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. The night wrapped up with an extreme raffle, where we gave away an iPad, Flip Ultra-HD Video Cam, Buffalo Terabyte Drive, and much more.
